Joella is a Licensed Social Worker she earned her Masters of Social Work at Kutztown University. With much experience in the behavioral health field, she brings unique psychoeducation skills, tips, and techniques to assist you in gaining control of your thoughts and leading a more positive life. Joella specializes in all mental health diagnoses and helps individuals channel their motivation and best potential by integrating CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) modalities. She prides herself in being strengths-based, action-oriented, and solution-based. Joella always leave her clients with either an interactive article, link, video, resource or therapeutic handout/activity so that the skills and topics we discuss can STICK! Through therapy sessions, Joella integrates her unique, spiritually based approach that will tailor treatment plans to each individual. She sees adults and adolescents aged 15+, being open to all populations. She specializes in LGBTQ+ issues and currently has a certification in Motivational Interviewing, a helpful therapeutic modality to help those with eating disorders, addictions, and more. Throughout your sessions, you will realize that we will discuss and dig deeper into past issues and traumas, which Joella does with genuinely and warmth, as she also specializes in trauma and traumatic disorders. Eriach has worked in the behavioral health field for 25 years in a wide range of roles. His experiences range from Clinician to Executive Leadership in the Residential (out of home) and Outpatient settings. He received a Masters of Human Services (MHS) degree from the historic Lincoln University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and a Clinical and Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey. Life can be very difficult in ways that lead to suffering; rather the source of the difficulties or our responses and beliefs surrounding those difficulties. Eriach's role as a therapist is to create a welcoming, compassionate, encouraging, and safe space to explore and process/reprocess the origins of these difficulties/suffering while supporting you in identifying ways to find sustainable harmony for you and within your relationships with others (loved ones) and your environment. (community, work, home) This can be done in a variety of ways including the use of evidence based modalities. His approach is Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and others while primarily making the space to process prior events that hold you back from moving forward in a way that you desire. Jenae earned her Masters of Arts (MA) Degree from Colorado Christian University and currently serves the Mental Health Community as a Pre-Licensed Professional Therapist. Aleks (pronounced Alex) is in pursuit of her clinical license. She has almost a decade’s worth of experience, having fulfilled a variety of roles in the behavioral and mental health field. Aleks believes that the most important part of therapy is to create an authentic and collaborative relationship with the client to help empower them to make positive decisions for themselves. Understanding that no two clients are the same, Aleks utilizes an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectic Behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, and Family Systems Theory to provide trauma informed care to each and every client. Aleks is working on her EMDR certification to further help guide her interventions. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals through grief, PTSD, family conflict, early childhood trauma, depression, and anxiety. She is looking forward to creating a safe, compassionate space to help actualize a healthier, happier you.
