Our Specialties

1.) Review the Clinicians tab under the Meet Our Team dropdown for our therapists' bios. 

2.) Submit an inquiry for services at the bottom of this page or the Clinicians page. Please indicate your preferred therapist within your inquiry form. Otherwise, you will be matched based on our intake questionnaire.

3.) We will email an intake packet from our HIPAA-compliant portal. Our intake packet includes treatment consent forms, a request for general demographic information, and a referral form that asks for specific information regarding your mental status, mental health therapy goals, and IMM treatment policies.

4.) Once we receive all documents, we'll reach out to schedule your appointment with your therapist.

Our clinicians are available for your initial appointment within 72 hours after we receive your complete intake documents.

If you choose to pay privately or utilize our sliding scale option, please indicate that in your inquiry so we can send you the appropriate intake forms. 

All co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service.

All appointments are via Telehealth at the moment.
